Our Employees of the Quarter – 2022 Q2
The end of the quarter is upon us. That means it’s time to reveal our Employees of the Quarter!
Each quarter, our staff members anonymously vote for four employees across the business that they feel deserve to win an Employee of the Quarter award. This includes one winner for each depot and one winner among the company’s office or remote-based team members. This quarter, three of our categories had ties, so we have a grand total of seven winners! Each winner receives a voucher and company-wide recognition of their achievements.

Christos Marcou – Harlow Shredding Depot.
Christos is a drive based at our Harlow depot. Here is one of the reasons Christos’ peers voted for him:

George Lawton – Harlow Shredding Depot.
George is another driver based at our Harlow depot. He impressed his peers this quarter and received some great feedback, including:
“Hard-working, he’s the best, works long hours and gets on with it no complaints”.
“Always super helpful and very hard working. Hardly calls us in the office and gets on with his work with no trouble”.

Kane Mottram – Manchester Shredding Depot.
Kane works at our Manchester shredding depot and this month was described by his employees as a
“Great worker.”
Your efforts haven’t gone unnoticed, Kane!
Barrie Sherbert – Manchester Shredding Depot.
Barrie is another driver that operates from our Manchester shredding depot, and he receives regular praise in our Employee of the Quarter awards. This month, one of his votes included:
“Barrie gets jobs done in a timely manner”.

Josh Beckett – Norwich Shredding Depot.
Josh Beckett is a warehouse operative at our Norwich Shredding Depot. This is the second time he’s won an Employee of the Quarter award for Norwich! His last win was in Q3 of 2021 and he has continued to flourish since then.
Here are two of the reasons his peers voted for him this quarter:
“Josh has been stepping up, showing supervisory qualities.”
“He’s the best dog sitter in the company.”

Sarah Wilkes – UK Office and Remote Staff.
Sarah is one of our accounts administrators and she has been with the company for over 10 years. She is softly-spoken, extremely hard-working, and isn’t loud about her own successes. Sarah never asks for praise, but that makes us even more proud of Sarah’s achievements this past quarter. Here are just some of the reasons for Sarah’s votes:
“She is helpful, kind and caring”.
“She’s always pulling her weight and is always going above and beyond”.
“Sarah is just a shining light of a person”.

Erin Cassidy – UK Office and Remote Staff.
Erin is a core member of our Harlow operations team, and she receives regular praise in our Employee of the Quarter nominations. Here are just some of the lovely reasons Erin’s peers voted for her:
