Legal shredding services

At your office

Our BS 7858 security-vetted operatives will arrive at your premises to perform your legal document destruction. Once there, they will load your materials directly into the industrial shredder located onboard our specialist vehicles.

Your representatives can witness this from ground level if needed. With this service option, your Waste Transfer Note and Certificate of Destruction will be provided immediately after destruction via email.

At our facilities

We’ll collect your legal documents and take them to our depots for destruction. With this service, we’ll provide a Waste Transfer Note immediately, and a Certificate of Destruction within 72 hours.

Our high-tech premises are monitored by 24-hour CCTV and are protected by robust perimeter security and strict access controls. In transit, your items will be secured in a locked bin, inside a modern truck with a sealed body. All of our vehicles comply with Euro 6 low-emission standards and are continually tracked via GPS technology. We also install bespoke CCTV systems in all vehicles for total security. Everything we do aligns with EN 15713 security shredding standards.

IT disposal and recycling for the legal industry

We can shred all types of materials, including IT waste and devices containing old legal files in digital format. 

We are proud to be a Zero to Landfill, ISO 14001-accredited, and CarbonNeutral® certified company. Once the hard drives or any storage devices are removed from your IT equipment, our security-vetted operatives will place them into a specialist industrial hard drive shredder. For any recyclable parts that don’t store information, we aim to salvage as much as possible to prevent resources from being wasted. We’ll recycle metals and plastics, and nothing will go to landfill. Anything we can’t recycle will be sent to Energy from Waste facilities.
