Our services are available on an ad-hoc basis, or we can provide regular services on a schedule that suits you. We’ll even provide confidential waste containers as part of the service to keep your items safe between collections.

All our data destruction services are carried out in accordance with European Standard EN 15713, with a Waste Transfer Note and Certificate of Destruction supplied for every service.

Shredding for schools

When your school needs a shredding service, you must choose a fully accredited company that security vets its employees.

All Shred Station employees go through rigorous vetting and security checks in accordance with BS 7858 standards. We also carry out a DBS check on everyone who works for us, and are fully accredited to process personal data relating to children.

As well as providing data destruction services for schools, we regularly attend school events in our local communities. We’ve participated in events such as Recycle Week and Careers Week, talking to young people about the importance of personal information, recycling, and what opportunities there are for work experience at Shred Station. We can also provide Simon Shred activity books to our regular school shredding customers. These are designed to teach children about personal information and recycling in a fun, interactive way.
