Our Employees of the Quarter – 2022 Q1
At Shred Station, we like to encourage praise between teams to nurture a positive working environment where success is celebrated. Our peer-voted Employee of the Quarter awards provides a way to do just that. Each of the four winners receives a gift voucher and company-wide recognition of their efforts.
Our Employees of the Quarter for Q1 of 2022 are…

John Watkins – Harlow Shredding Depot.
John is one of the wonderful drivers based out of our shredding depot in Harlow. Working predominantly in central London, John’s routes are always incredibly busy, but John takes every job in his stride and has received very high praise this quarter.
Here’s why John’s peers voted for him:
“John is always there to help, positive vibes daily, very helpful to the office and to the Harlow depot manager. He is an all-around great worker.”
“John is our head driver, he does long hours and is always very polite. He is willing, helpful and thorough with his jobs. He also works solo in Central London most days which is a task in itself!”
“I’m voting for John because he has so much thrown at him on a daily basis and I never hear him complain. He is so reliable and will always be on hand to help.”

Paul Rollinson – Manchester Shredding Depot.
Paul is one of the warehouse operatives at our Manchester depot. Constantly shredding paperwork for off-site services and keeping the depot safe, Paul has received consistent praise from both his manager and his coworkers.
One of the reasons Paul won this quarter was because:
“Paul always has a smile on his face.”
We love to hear it, Paul!
Sam Carr – Norwich Shredding Depot.
Sam Carr is one of the drivers at our Norwich shredding depot. This is the second time Sam has won Employee of the Quarter, and we’re sure it won’t be the last!
Here is just one reason that Sam won this quarter:
“Sam always provides excellent service and is always willing to help out.”

Hollie Neal – UK Office and Remote Staff.
Hollie Neal is part of our head office’s customer service team. Assisting both customers and account managers, Hollie is never short of work to do. Her hard work is evident, and, this quarter, Hollie has won the Employee of the Quarter award for the whole of Shred Station’s UK office and remote-based staff.
Here are some of the reasons that Hollie’s peers voted for her:
“She’s a little legend!”
“Hollie is very responsible and helpful and provides great support for account creation, job bookings and assisting with paperwork. It makes life a little easier for an account manager when needing to be responsive with the client.”
