Our 2023 Q4 Employees of the Quarter
Another year over, another successful quarter at an end, and another four employees who deserve a little extra recognition.
Each quarter, our employees vote for the colleagues they feel deserve a bit of extra credit. We have four categories for nominations. These are:
- Harlow Depot (drivers or warehouse)
- Manchester Depot (driver or warehouse)
- Norwich Depot (drivers or warehouse) and
- All office or remote-based staff.
Each winner receives a voucher and has a poster displayed for three months at each office and depot.
Our winners for 2023 Q4 are…
Harlow Depot – Dan Keane!
Dan Keane is a Driver based at our Harlow shredding depot. Almost all of the Harlow depot’s votes for this quarter went to Dan, so it just goes to show that hard work is noticed by many! Here are some of the bits of feedback that his colleagues entered with their nominations.

Manchester Depot – Peter Farsang!
In our Manchester Depot category, another driver took home the prize this quarter! This time, we congratulate Peter Farsang. Peter is a very well-liked driver and, as with our Harlow Depot’s winner, Peter received almost all of the Manchester Depot’s votes this quarter. Very impressive! Here’s why he won:

Norwich Depot – Josh Beckett!
Yet another win for Josh! Josh is a Warehouse Operative based in Norwich. We have genuinely lost count of the number of times Josh has won our Norwich Depot’s Employee of the Quarter award, demonstrating how consistent and helpful he is quarter after quarter, year after year. Thank you for all you do, Josh.

All office-based/remote staff – Charlie Ryan!
Charlie is a relatively new member of our Harlow Depot’s Operations Team. The Operations Team works extremely hard creating and optimising our routes to make sure we can service our customers as soon as possible. This is Charlie’s first Employee of the Quarter win, but we are certain that it won’t be his last! Well done, Charlie.
