Important Update for Shred Station Customers
With lockdown measures now lifting across the UK, we are pleased to be able to offer all customers our full range of shredding services once again, with stringent safety measures in place.
Information for Existing Customers
From Monday 6th July, all of our regular shredding services will continue as contracted. This means we will be able to make shredding collections from essential and non-essential business premises. We can even collect from remote workers.
For our ad-hoc shredding service customers, you can now book your collections as required by phone or by contacting your account manager.
If your business is still closed, but you have a regular shredding service scheduled, our team are available by phone or email to discuss service options with you. We are also able to arrange shredding collections for your employees who are working from home.
Information for New Customers
We are pleased to let our new customers know that we are now opening collections back up to all business premises and residential areas across the UK. If you are seeking an on-site shredding service or an off-site shredding service, please get in touch with one of our shredding specialists or submit a quick quote form today.
How are we keeping customers safe?
To prevent the risk of contamination, our shredding operatives will be observing social distancing. They will also use PPE and sanitisation equipment at every collection. These measures will help us ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
We also request that all customers keep their confidential waste bins clean and sanitary at all times. Please also make sure your staff does not store any general waste or tissues near the confidential waste bins.
This will speed up collection times and mean we can complete your visit as quickly as possible.
We thank you for your support and understanding during this difficult time.
