Over time law firms will accumulate a significant volume of paper and electronic records. Whilst it’s necessary to store these documents for a statutory period of time, at some point there will be a need to dispose of them.

We can help you remain totally compliant with your legal obligations by providing secure, efficient and cost-effective shredding of all your confidential paper documents and data-handling waste, either at your own premises or at one of our advanced shredding depots.
All our employees must go through comprehensive vetting and security checks in accordance with BS7858, along with a full DBS check.
We can offer smaller ad-hoc shreds, larger one-off sessions (as part of a relocation or reorganisation, for example) or a scheduled collection/on-site shred to help you stay up to date with your document storage and disposal.
Our hi-tech premises are monitored by 24-hour CCTV and are protected by robust perimeter security, while our modern trucks all feature sealed bodies, compliance with Euro 5 or 6 emission standards and are continually tracked via GPS technology. We also install CCTV in all vehicles for 100% security during transit.
We can shred all types of material as well as paper – clothing, ID cards, digital media and IT equipment.
None of our waste goes to landfill: shredded paper is sent to a UK recycling mill, while other materials are incinerated to generate electricity. Also, all our plants are energy self-sufficient, making their carbon footprint as small as possible. We are certified under ISO14001 and have instituted an optional carbon-offsetting scheme (shred a tonne, plant a tree).
When your shredding is finished, we’ll provide you with a combined Waste Transfer Note and Certificate of Destruction so you can demonstrate your legal compliance.
