National Shred Day 2026

National Shred Day 2026 is set for Friday 2nd October. In collaboration with the BSIA, some of the UK's best and biggest shredding companies will be offering free shredding to event attendees.

Shred Station is proud to be a BSIA Principal Member and to support the BSIA's National Shred Day event in 2026. On the day, you can drop your materials off at our secure destruction facilities for free same-day shredding.

Where can I get my items shredded for free?

Free shredding of up to 20 bags of paper or 5 hard drives will be available at the Shred Station locations below, from 9am-5pm on Friday 2nd October 2026:
