On-site Shredding
We offer a mobile on-site shredding service that destroys your confidential data at your premises while you watch, giving you peace of mind that your confidential material has been handled and disposed of in a manner that protects you, your company and your reputation.
The shredding process is fast and efficient, capable of dealing with over 2000kg of material an hour. There is no need to remove items from boxes, remove staples, paperclips, lever arch folders or plastic wallets as these are all easily handled by our machines.
On completion of the shredding process our uniformed and vetted staff will issue you with a Waste Transfer note and a certificate of destruction confirming the safe destruction of your data to the European Standard EN15713.
All paper is then sent to UK mills for recycling.
Lockable bins or bags can be supplied for a regular collection or alternatively bagged, boxed or palletised material can be collected for a one off collection.
Our uniformed and vetted operative will remove all documents in sealed containers to our mobile shredding vehicle.
Once behind closed doors our operatives will place the data directly into the shredder located onboard the vehicle.
A certificate of destruction and waste transfer note are then issued ensuring legal compliance.
The shredded paper is then removed from site, baled and sent to UK mills for recycling.
